  • Thursday Rehearsal Dinner: Cocktail evening wear. Sports coats with no ties for the men.

Friday Welcome Party: Western Chic. Anything from jeans to dresses. Cowboy/cowgirl boots and hats are encouraged!

The Big Day: Elevated cocktail. Suits with ties for the men. Longer dresses for the ladies. Please wear shoes that you can walk in the grass in. It gets chilly in Montana when the sun goes down so we recommend wearing a wrap or jacket!

  • We love your little ones, but our Wedding Weekend is adults only, aside from our immediate family. Please plan for kids to stay home. Thank you!

  • Please RSVP by July 26, 2026!

  • If you’re hoping to hike or check out areas around Bozeman, having a car is a good idea. You can get around downtown on foot, but rentals book up fast this time of year—so plan ahead! Check out Turo for car rentals if you’re planning to pick up and drop off the car in Bozeman. Turo is a peer-to-peer car-sharing marketplace, often called the "Airbnb for cars," where individuals can rent out their personal vehicles to others for short-term use, offering a wider variety of cars and often more convenient pickup/drop-off options (like airport delivery) than traditional rental agencies, all managed through an app.

  • Late September in Bozeman is peak fall vibes! Days are usually mild and crisp (think 60s - 70s), but mornings and nights can be chilly, dropping into the 40s. You’ll probably get sunshine, but Montana likes to keep things interesting, so a light jacket and layers are a smart move—especially after sunset! Pray for a sunshiney day on Saturday!!

  • You’re in good hands! We’ll have transportation to and from the ceremony and reception. Pickup and dropoff location is the AC Hotel. Everything else is downtown and walkable, plus Uber and Lyft are easy and reliable in Bozeman.

  • We think so! Please see the Travel & Stay page for two suggested road trip options for before or after the wedding!

  • We’re keeping the celebration intimate, so guests may only bring a plus one if the person’s name is printed on the invitation. If you have any questions, please let us know!
